| The Elizabeth City Bassmasters announces the formation of the Elizabeth City Bassmasters Youth Fishing Club. The purpose of the Elizabeth City Bassmasters Youth Club is to promote and encourage youth fishing through education of fishing ethics, sportsmanship, techniques and conservation of our natural resources.
