3. Minutes of the last meeting was tabled until the next meeting
4. Treasures report was submitted and approved.
5. The club was presented with the new scales and the refurbished scales that were approved for purchase at the last club meeting. The new set will be used by the club and the refurbished set will be used by the Youth Club.
6. The new club shirts will be ordered as soon as it is determined that the club logo has been made by the company. When all the particulars have been worked out with the shirt company, Buck Buchanan will call all those that expressed and intrest in by a club shirt.
7. All members are reminded that the Yearly Awards Breakfast witll be held on 4 Feb starting at 9:00 AM ar the Ruritan Club.
8. Members Anthony Kirsicki and Donna Mummert were granted leave of absent.
9. Members were remined that they need to renew thier "Big Fish Pot" money before the 1st tournament.
10. The club was presented with a Thank You letter for our donation .
11. Member Frank Gunia presented his proposal to change the points system from dropping two tournament a year to a percentage system. The club voted to table the vote until the next meeting to give members a chance to review the proposal.
12. Member Buck Buchanan present finacial spreadsheet to show that we could keep the present dues at $20 and increase the payout and not adversly effect the club financialy.
13. It was brought up to the club that the Constitution and By-Laws need to looked at and changed made, especially the section dealing with the Club Classic.
14. Tournament Director, Jeff Nixon, present the club with two proposed tournament trails. After discussion and deliberation, the club came up with a final proposed tournament trail. The proposed trail is posted on the web site and the Facebook page. The propsed trail will be finalized at the next club meeting.
