NEWS FROM THE LAST MEETING

1.  Meeting called to order at 7:35 PM 2.  Minutes of the last meeting was presented and approved. 3.  Treasures report presented and apporved. 4.   Head count for the Husband & Wife Tournament on Aug 9th was taken. 5.  Audit for second quarter is completed. 6.  The following tournaments were announced:  Roanoke River Relay For Life -Sept 20th       RBC Open Tournament - Sept 27th 7.  Club voted to open the "Grudge Tournament" to all area clubs. 8.  Federation news:  Next meeting is 7 August. 9.  Mike Wilmar reported that all sponsorship monies are in except for Big Fish.  Once this money      is collected the flyers should be out. 10. Youth Club, Conservation and Tournament reports were given. 11.  Tournament times were set, and starting numbers drawn. 12.  Meeting Adjoured. 8.18 PM

Club members, if you have information, questions, comments or anything that that you want to pass on to or request from the club membership please go to the following site and enter it there.  That way you can stay up with any news or changes that is taking place in the club on a day-to-day basis.  Also this would be a good place to enter any fishing info that you might want to pass along.
